For the first unit of the subject, our objective was to have an overview of the twentieth century. We worked on a timeline of main events (20th century history www.about.com) and then the students chose one topic they were specially interested in, to track it down the century. They presented their research both in written form and orally, aided by posters or powerpoints. All the works were really nice. Now I'd like the "researchers" to comment on their own topics or their classmates'.
Hi, I'm Julia. I think all the topics chosen were interesting and relevant although I want to remark I consider "Medicine" was the most significant topic because of its effects in human health.
ResponderEliminarMy group has chosen "Fashion in Twentieth Century". I think it's a nice topic. We've chosen this because we were interested in how people used to dress along the decades. And we want to show the importance of changes styles.
Hello! I liked my topic because I was interesting in Lady Diana's life but there were other works that I liked because of their powerpoint presentation such as Karina's work and Clara's work. I liked a lot how we have to do our exams! It was interesting.

Btw my topic was History of Films. I chose it coz I thought it'd be interesting to know the many changes that the film industry has been through over the years.
